This is the oldest commercial brick building in downtown Dartmouth and has approximately 7,500 square feet of leasable space. It is located across from Alderney Landing and the Dartmouth Ferry Terminal with a breathtaking view of the Halifax Harbour.
This building originally built by the Stern's Family, has served the local area as a post office, hardware and dry goods store and a bank over over the last one hundred and twenty years.
In 1994, the building which is also the home to La Perla Restaurant was renovated and modernized with great care to keep it's historical character and style.
